Return Material Authorization (RMA) - Request

Use this form to submit a request to return material to QuinTron. Do not use this form for instrument repairs or anything other than standard products ordered from QuinTron.

RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCK FEE.

Enter your facilties PO number used for the order you wish to return. You may also enter the confirmation number QuinTron provided to you upon ordering (ends with "CO") or QuinTron's Invoice number (ends with "IN").
